It requires a sound understanding of how handguns operate and the knowledge and skill that you are operating it safely.

Training procedure
Training consists of classroom and range training.
The objective of the classroom training time is to prepare the student for the range portion through the use of lecture, demonstrations, video and simulated practice.
Simulated and live fire Shooting practice
Understand and apply the basic fundamentals of shooting through simulated shooting techniques before live fire practice.

Build a strong shooting foundation by learn and practicing the following skills:
Stance (how to stand)
Grip (how to grip the firearm)
Trigger control
Sight alignment
Breath control
Follow through
Range training and course of fire:
The range course of fire objectives is to develop safe handgun operation and shooting skills through repetitive "building blocks" of core procedures that produce
the desired results in the required amount of time. Each shooting segment will build on the previous segment through reparative handgun operating procedures and firing additional shots with each sequence.
Target at 15 and 21 ft
50 rounds of ammunition
Procedure:
Load one , fire one
load two, fire two
load three, fire three
load four, fire four
load 6 fire 6
At the end of the building block shooting session the handgun is loaded five times and 16 rounds are fired; each time shooting an additional round of ammunition. This creates the "building block" procedure of shooting that develops sound handgun operating procedures and shooting skills in a progressive manner.
Equipment Required:
50 rounds of ammunition (Each)
Eye and ear protection (furnished by the range)
One handgun (we have guns to use if necessary)
one baseball cap
