 Training can be accomplished under three objectives:

• MCOLES approved courses

• General Training

• Security Company required training

Security Officer Training- Initial and re-current training.
In general, all training is done with the obvious results in mind.  Officer Safety is number one and if you use force or are involved in a self-defense situation, you should be prepared for possible criminal and civil liability action.

• Handgun (Revolver and semi auto qualification)

• Concealed Weapons Permit training

Forty-Hour Armed Officer Academy

The goal is to train the security officer to work in a safe environment.  Safe for the client, safe for the client’s customers, safe for the security officer and safe for the security company.  All aspects of the officer training are considered.  The training process takes into account the necessity to meet the requirements of state, federal and local laws and the security company and client policy.  Training is done using MCOLES in-service training guidelines.
