Training can be accomplished under three objectives:
General Training
Security Company required training
MCOLES registered courses - law enforcement only
Security Officer Training-
Initial and
re-current training.
In
general, all training is done with the obvious results in mind.

Armed Officer Academy
The goal is to train the security officer to work in a safe environment. Safe for the client, safe for the client’s customers, safe for the security officer and safe for the security company. All aspects of the officer training are considered. The training process takes into account the necessity to meet the requirements of state, federal and local laws and the security company and client policy.
