The Michigan concealed pistol permit is handgun purchase permit. With the CPL permit you can purchase at the point of sale.

Automobile - CPL to carry – no CPL to transport

Individuals licensed to carry a concealed pistol by Michigan or another state are prohibited from carrying a concealed pistol on the following premises:
