Handgun Purchase Decision Making and Shooting Skill Course.
Course length: 4 hours
Classroom: 2.0 hours
Range: 2.0 hours
There are firing ranges that rent handguns. That alone does not make the practice a dangerous situation.
The danger is the person "trying it out" for the intent of purchasing when the person does not know how to operate the handgun or what to look for as purchase decision making requirements.
An "instructer guided" course does not cost more than renting a handgun, it is safer and assures you will make the correct decision.
Class objective: At the end of the training session you will have the knowledge of the variables that must be considered when purchasing a handgun.
Shooting a handgun (pulling the trigger and firing a shot) is one thing.
Purchasing and operating the handgun is an entirely different matter and one that requires knowledge and training.
The Training session is divided into two parts:
Part one: classroom
The student will have the knowledge of all the factors and variables that go into selecting a handgun.
Part two: Live fire range - test fire the handguns that you would select as a purchase option.
