E learning System

Key components:

• Develop written testing procedures

• Track and report key performance metrics like average score and pass or fail rates.

• Track training time and dates of training

• Create application demos and simulations

• Provide instructor guided interactive training

Training programs that have a classroom segment will have a home study course that will allow the student to complete some or all of the training from the convenience of their home or at a company location.

This will be a two phase process.

Phase one (Student preparation)

We currently provide our student with a headstart program. This is basically a review of the the classroom material and a sample test.

Phase two (The upgrade)

We are upgrading this to to professional state of the art on line E learning program with a companion DVD.

The Advantages are:

1. The student will be able to complete all the classroom training requirements at a remote location.

2. The student will be able to extend the classroom training hours.

3. The student will be more prepared and have a solid knowledge base for classroom portion

Note: For those attending The Michigan CPL class the law does currently requires the student attend the  classroom training. With the Adobe E learning system the student will be able to complete the classroom part as a "HeadStart" program and attend the class very well prepared.
