CCW Classroom Renewal Training
Formal Instructor classroom training
Training options:
The training can be completed as part of the initial CCW class.
CPL renewal class only with two options:
Open classroom enrollment
Private training
3.0 hour classroom
The applicant will attend 3 hours of the ccw class.
Cost: $ 75.00
(does not include optional range training with instructor)
Start your training before the class with our "headstart" program. This requires a prepayment of the class and a 2 step process

The 75.00 fee includes the following:
CCW photo
An open book written review test to take home and check your knowledge
Training and reference manual
Course Contents:
Review all applicable State and Federal laws
The practical application of the laws
All Current laws including—
Laws effective July, 1st 2003
Reciprocity
Michigan Castle Law Doctrine
Laws regarding possession of another’s handgun
Transporting and Carrying handguns in and out of state
Carry laws
Purchase and sale
Registration
Laws of deadly force for self defense
Non deadly force option
Written test and review
