Class Policy 

Policy statement

It is our goal to provide or client with quality training and a dependable schedule.

To establish these goal we are continually assessing our procedure to assure they are fair to all parties involved

The Risk

Training classes are posted on our web site and we are committed to honor your reservation requests. 

Scheduling classes months in advance creates a risk of clients scheduling weeks ahead and canceling at the last minute thereby not allowing us to make the space available to another student.

Registration time period: People may register up to the day of the class if space is available.

Two day cancellation notice: Bass Pro Shop requires us to verify the range time required for our class 2 days prior to the scheduled event. 

The range time required is based on the number of participants at the time.

Our company is required to pay for the scheduled range time based on that number whether the person(s) attends the class or not.  

Our concern is last minute cancellations and no-shows. That places a financial burden on our business.

We ask all participants to help by giving us a two day cancellation notice if possible.

Class size

Minimum - 3 persons

Maximum - 12 Persons 

To assure each person receives quality instruction we limit our class to 12 students

Registration

Registration is required to attend all classes

Pre Payment Option

Prepayment helps us maintain a accurate committed class roster

You have access to our exclusive instructor assisted class HeadStart program

The pre-payment participant(s) fees are kept in escrow for 45 days to allow the person to complete the training within the allotted time.

We really do not want to take you registration fees without providing the service you expect
