CCW Class Options

 

What is the difference between a "Private" and "Open Class" enrollment?

The private class:

This class is not listed on our website and is limited to you or your group only.

The private class is limited to 5 people.

 

The open class enrollment:

 This class is listed on our web site and will include other people.

The CCW "private" CCW training class and "open class" have the same course content with the private class providing special attention to your training needs only!

Schedule class options

Classes are usually held 5-6 times a month

2 Saturdays

2 Sundays

2 weekdays 

1 evening class divide into to (2) 4 hour sessions

Day classes are 9am-6pm

Evening 6pm- 9:45pm for 2 nights

 

Class price includes:

  • Bass Pro Shop Range Fees

  • Instructor fees

  • Class Manual

  • Approved Photo for CCW License

  • State application forms available in class

  • Use of handgun at (no extra charge) if you don't have one

  • Bass Pro Shop Range Fees -                          $30.00

  • Approved Photo for CCW License                $10.00

  • Total "extra costs" we include in price        $ 45.00

  •  Prices do not include ammunition

 

NOTE: This is not a scheduled class

Scheduling procedure: 

1. Classroom and range schedule based on a pre-arranged time agreed to by the client and instructor.

2. Arrangements for the use of the classroom and range are confirmed with Bass Pro Shop.

3. The Pre - payment of the class fee is required to confirm the class.

What if the pre- paid person cannot attend the class and would like to re schedule?

The pre-payment fees are kept in escrow for 45 days. The participant can compete the training or purchase other training or products within that time. At the end of 45 days the the fees are forfeited to Handgun Training Specialists.

 Cancellation Policy 

A 2 day cancellation is required to receive a return of all your deposit.

Cancelations after the 2 day notice receive a return 50% of deposit

Failure to attend or cancel (NO Shows) do not receive a refund.

Special exceptions can be made for illness, medical emergencies or other family emergencies.

We are required to confirm your place in our class 2 days prior to the training date.  If you do not show up for the class or do not cancel we (Handgun Training Specialists) are liable for the range fee we have scheduled for you.

 

We must pay the fee if the time is schedule whether the student is attending or not.
