This course is designed to teach the student how to operate the pistol under normal and malfunctioning conditions. Understand the operation of the safety / de-cocker and slide lock back devices, and how to disassemble, clean and reassemble the gun. Learn how to control the semi-auto that will allow you to put multiple shots on a silhouette target.
Learn to master the semi-auto under normal and emergency conditions !!!
The semi-auto by nature of the action can be subject to certain malfunctions. In most cases the semi-auto shooter is not prepared to deal with these malfunctions because the person has not been properly trained. A malfunction on the range is of no immediate concern, while on the street under self defense conditions a malfunction could have disastrous results.
The student will practice and have a thorough understanding of tactics and live fire skill before going to the range. This procedure will be accomplished through the use of simulated training equipment and procedures.

Practice and demonstrate live shooting skills based on simulated practice in classroom.
