meets the requirements of the new CCW law (Public Act 381) effective on July 1,
2001. and Public Act 719, effective July 1, 2003.
This course complies with section 5j of 1927 PA 372 effective
October 1, 2004
The CCW course
meets and exceeds the Michigan State Police Concealed Pistol Training
Objectives.
CCW Course Description:
This CCW training course is
designed to teach the students about the legal, practical and moral application
of carrying and using a handgun for self defense. Learn firearms law, legal
liability and the use of deadly force.
Learn safe basic self
defense shooting skills and handgun operation.

The student must have the basic skill requirements to place

consecutive shots on a legal size sheet of paper (8 1/2 x 14) at a 15 distance.
